Definitely going to be Mayne's magnum opus once it is completed. I appreciate how it blends Mayne's own stylistic 'idiosyncrasies' with an environmental consciousness. I also like the civic aspect to the tower and the treatment of the base to create a public space. I am looking forward to seeing it built. Great project.
