Lucas Gray,

I think as for green areas, this design has very limited space for it, except the green wall and better-performance window. Image, a wholely green boxes stacking together….could be more exciting.

however,in terms of renewability, the steel and aluminon are the most recycable materials and if properly used, concrete or particales could also be reused as landfill or else.
