the utility of the building and the built form claim contrasting statements…..fresh flows and they are cut of from natural light……but the exterior is notable…thanks

The exterior is very cool, I think those color strips are great … but why they didn´t incorporate any daylight in the interior? … That would have been easy with this structure… now it looks like an underground shelter on the inside.
