This project has about 400,00 m², seeks to bridge the gap with various levels of the ground, where the rooms of the house will be settling.

The design proposal indicates a longitudinal implantation, creating a beautiful view of the back, closing the street view from the rest of the house, where the service area and kitchen are.

The main access goes from the site higher level, and the secondary (autos) goes from the street lower point. The right foot being expanded view of the wide view of the landscape with large frames and frames the office open for this empty.

A big concrete flap creates an open terrace covered near the deck. Another flap protects the barbecue area, creating another shelter. The white cement works like coating, and the isolated concrete structure valorize the architecture, working with different contrasts of color and surface.
