The main design idea was to create a space with a hint of Hollywood Studios «Golden era» pavilions atmosphere (opened century old metal columns, arched concrete ceilings, aged ceramic tiles and brick walls, etc.), mixed with high technologies.

Developers managed to place at new office of the company two independent spaces – working office and a guest zone with a cinema hall. Placing of the last became one of the main difficulties of the project. To create a high-grade cinema hall in office building, it was required to organize qualitative sound Dolby Stereo which would be not audible outside. UNK PROJECT together with Janson + Tsai Design Associates have found the decision of this problem, having cleaned in internal volume rigid joints of walls, a floor and a ceiling. All connections “swimming”, and it excludes vibration transfer. Also we had to follow different fire safety regulations for office area and cinema zone.

Finally this cinema hall became the semantic center of the office also due to its design. Outside it looks like a white alien artifact in the middle of the loft. Only few glass partitions join it – so you always can see it from every side of the office.
