Factory Business Center (http://www.factoryworkstyle.com) is a business center located on the out-skirts of Braga (north of Portugal), with a bright ‘POP-ART’ decorative style within an industrial pavilion which rents ‘turn-key’ office spaces.

This business center is strategically located facing the national road N101 (Braga – Guimaraes), away from the traffic rush of the city, 1 km from Stadium (1st May) and with close access to the Braga ring-road. Parking is never a problem (day or night) and is only five minutes from the A3 linking to Porto, Lisbon and the South, and Spain (North).

The Designer Jeremy Hugh Aston and Architect João Carlos Ferreira from Simpli Design (http://www.simplidesign.com) developed the interior concept and workspaces, resulting in an attractive and stimulating environment. The design assumes the appearance of the building and combines aspects of utility, comfort and modern technology.

First Floor Plan

The working area is divided into three floors (ground, first and basement) and is over 700 sqm with adjoining stairs and elevator. The first floor has natural light from two sides and is used as an open office concept with rows of individual tables and cupboards. The ground floor has an impressive entrance area where the main visual concept can be seen instantly with twelve Work-Pod cubicles placed around a circuit of corridors. Within the basement there is a common facility with a kitchen, common room, compact auditorium for talks, along-side a micro library ideal for quick research and relaxing quietly.

Ground Floor Plan

This facility is aimed to young professionals with nano, mini and micro enterprises, creating an innovative method of networking within an environment that reflects comfort, design and innovation.
