This is an interesting concept & would like to see it actually implemented. It will address the shortage of affordable housing units (I believe it will be affordable) in many countries especially in Asia.

Now this has to be one of the best container based, communal dwelling prefab constructions I have ever seen.

They have really managed to give it an element of class and you have to give it a second look to see how the containers are incorporated into the overall design.
