		<description>I think what he is referring to is the lack of rain-water shelter.  Now, the holes punched on top may be glazed, but I don&#039;t see anything about that so, in essence, he has a very valid point: these tram shelters fail to provide shelter, from the rain at least, and only partially from the sun.  The holes on the side serve to lower wind resistance, but the top holes do not.</description>
