		<description>the fenestration on the facade is such a great play of light and air, a very refreshing contrast to the neighborhood.

perhaps social housing means something different in paris? i&#039;m guessing that&#039;s code for &#039;affordable&#039;. in that case, the floor plans aren&#039;t ideal (read luxury) but definitely well organized in terms of private and public spaces for a family.</description>
