It is perfect time to make some plans for the longer term and it's time to be happy. I've read this post and if I may just I desire to counsel you few attention-grabbing things or tips. Maybe you could write subsequent articles regarding this article. I want to read more issues approximately it!

This is a very interesting project. Instead of creating a pretentious cultural center, with a monumental block isolated from the city, Langdon Reis have created the conditions for a real cultural dialogue with the city. One can see that the idea of public space is as important, as the volumetric play allowing visual and urban connections to the fabric of the city.
It is very rare to see architect caring about public and private space, in such a clever and poetic design.
Keep on the good work!!!

Dunno what to say about this project exactly. I think it's not to clear on the stratergy applied to develop the harbourfront, and when looking at the project without diving deep into it, the city-floor does look a bit uninteresting. You have to offer more possibilities than the foyer to the ground floor in this type of situation.

This is a beautiful project, but it's performance can be questioned, -such projects always loose out to projects that are less ambitious. If you look at particulary the bulletpoint text to this project, it lacks convincing and direct descriptions of what exactly is the qualities to the other participants in the city, people, institutions or businesses.

Looks much nicer than the winner in drawings though.
