I really like this project, i think it is a great idea.
But I can stop thinking in what could happen if the motor that moves the envelope fails. I´d loved to see Seinfeld and his friends living a couple of days in this house and facing all the problems the house might have.

I thought the movement of the roof was for heating in winter, leaving the sun enter to the house. Or to protect in summer to be fresh. But otherwise, I feel it’s just a caprice of the owner. Even so it is interesting.

Double structure, ambiguous efficiency of building envelope… Does a house really need that flexibility ? It redefines the work of an architect towards openings. Interesting concept but needs to be improve.
