In my opinion, this is a bit bizzare idea. It’s completely out of place.. Moreover, as a hotel, it should be more inviting and cosy.

i think it is a good design. A golf course is the hole year green and well taken care of.
This design provides a good view for every room, since it is round and placed in the middle of the golf course.
It doesnt look like a UFO, it looks like a car tire.
