Video: Robert Hammond on The High Line

Co-founder of Friends of the High Line, Robert Hammond shares on TED the transformation from abandoned elevated railroad line to one of the hottest spots in New York City. The High Line recently opened Section 2 of the park, which continues to provide a break from the chaotic city streets.
