The Welingergasse 3 housing project has a total of 14 apartments. The windows provide each apartment with a unique view of the street and/or garden. The whole outer skin (the façade and the roof) was planed to be homogenously clad in dark fiber cement boards.

Only two entrances are colored. Their colors reflect the colors of the garden in the backyard. All free spaces are designed like green areas, private gardens for every apartment. The roof is one single garden with a playground and a social area for residents.
