Plot of 126.40 sqm between party walls affected by internal alignment corner in a low density neighborhood (BP+1) in Palma de Mallorca, where to plan two family homes. We work with 2 volumes of maximum height (daytime activity-nocturnal activity) that slide between them and generate 2 specialized yards.

The courtyard entrance, linked to the street and the backyard patio linked to the patio block. The houses are arranged by levels and are linked to an accessible and immediate outdoor area: the ground floor to a patio where to grow fruit trees and the first floor to the sunning area terrace, located on deck. The addition of a third room on the first floor house works as a porch at the ground floor entrance.
