		<description>It is lazy, boring and trite non-sense like this that gives digital architecture a bad name. This project is beyond kitch; horrid to the nth degree. What&#039;s even worst is that Gage Clemenceau Architects have been described as &#039;Avant-garde&#039;?! Really?! &#039;Average&#039; is beyond a polite term for their work as a whole.</description>
