The project program consists of four buildings, which had been implanted around a central square by where the access to the lobby of each set is made, either for pedestrians or vehicles. Three other squares are formed in result of the localization of the buildings. This situation not only allows excellent accessibility to the set, but also presents itself as a great exposition for the most varied sightseeing spots in the neighborhood, making it’s mark in region.

Its external facades combine precast elements of concrete covered by polished granite plates, interspersed by a structure of aluminum and covered in glass. A third of the buildings has the faced covered by a curtain on aluminum and glass.
