Could anybody tell me by which program the renders where made? I think they ‘re very legible. The information would be very helpful.

Excellent design solution! I like the materials, layout and general ambience of the space. Also think the decorating could be better though, but that’s a personal touch.

nice harmony of interior and courtyard,
fine details of the facades in the courtyard,

I’m not a fan of the decorating choices they’ve made here (which feel like decoration, and remind me of a cheesy hotel). But the actual building is pretty strong. I like the windows very much, and the arrangement of the rooms, and the courtyard. And the facade is pleasantly unassuming. Good building, not so good taste inside, I feel. The should hire whoever redid that apartment in the last post.
