		<description>Good comment carlo. But it just so happens that Pärnu gets quite oft floods. Maybe the entire shape is designed to act as a boat incase a really severe one strikes! Hydrodynamic bow!</description>

		<description>The pure expressive gesture with the cantilevered volume (that still needs the doubled columns!) creates an unusable angle that bears any conceptual explanation. You could imagine persons that go there to do one&#039; s business or also homeless persons that live there like under a bridge.
I wouldn&#039; t have anything against it, if you had for example water underneath.

The head and the tail of the block are too narrow. The volume placed on the earth neutralizes the expressive gesture. 

And then you have all these glass and steel...boring!
