"to be sensitive with the site and its provincial character and lack of “noise”" - really? Is anybody there who thinks the final result is sensitive to the setting? The building is out of scale and only by this "virtue" creates lots of "noise" Sebastian wanted to avoid. It looks like it was transplanted from four times larger maritime city... I don't think that this is a good architecture... though as a hotel it's nice...
