I am not sure that any community can form if it is built vertically; although there is some opportunity to meet the neighbours with the parkland attached. The green bushy bands look like bristles and the building a plastic base. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see some good green design, but the building just looks sub-par in these renderings.
