		<description>If it must be a tower block then a green one, in both sense of the words, is an excellent idea. I am not sure that any community can form if it is built vertically; although there is some opportunity to meet the neighbours with the parkland attached.</description>

		<description>Is it me, or does this look like a giant scrubbing brush?  The green bushy bands look like bristles and the building a plastic base.

Don&#039;t get me wrong, I&#039;m glad to see some good green design, but the building just looks sub-par in these renderings.  It makes me wonder about the teams who lost the competition.</description>
